If you register someone who has not traveled with us before, you earn a free optional excursion (excluding the Moulin Rouge and Normandy Excursions):

**Basic Tour reduced to $2,645, Land Only reduced to $1,830, and French Riviera Extension reduced to $775 if the $750 deposit is paid by March 15, 2011, and balance fully paid by May 15, 2011.  Those who do not make a deposit by March 15, but do pay the full amount by May 15 get a 50% Early Bird discount of $85 on the Basic Tour and $25 on the French Riviera Extension. Both the Basic Tour and French Riviera Extension (if chosen) must be paid in full by May 15, 2011, to receive discount.  Early Bird registrants receive priority on Optional Excursions.

 

Immediate Deposit Required!  To secure space for you on the Basic Tour and optional French Riviera Extension, a $750 deposit must accompany your registration. An additional $750 is due on July 1, 2011.  If you register after July 1, 2011, a $1,500 deposit is due.  Balance due by September 1, 2011 (Unless you use the early bird discount per above).

Optional Excursions. Please note that these are first come, first served! Extensions are closed when the seats for a particular excursion are filled  They are based on a minimum of 30 paying passengers; otherwise a small group supplement may apply, or the excursion may be cancelled.

LAND ONLY TRAVELERS: Those who are booking the air travel on their own, should plan to arrive at the Geneva Airport before 10:00 am (on Friday, November 11) in order to meet the group for transfer to the Hotel.

Credit Card Payments.  You may register and pay the deposit of $750 by credit card at our secure Website: www.medicalmusical.org, click on “Alpine Rhapsody”.  The website accepts only a maximum of up to $750.  An additional charge of 3% ($23) will be added to cover the credit card transaction fee (Total: $773).  Pay balance by check or money order to MMG, Attn: Robert Wisleder, 45 Kimball Beach Road, Hingham, MA 02043-1145.

Sign, Mail Completed Package to: MMG, Attn: Robert Wisleder, 45 Kimball Beach Road, Hingham, MA 02043-1145.  To qualify for the full Early Bird discount, your package with $750 deposit must be postmarked by March 15 or earlier AND final payment must be postmarked by May 15 or earlier.

 

IMPORTANT REMINDER - MMG 2011 MEMBERSHIP DUES OF $100 MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE TOUR. IF NOT PAID YET, PLEASE ENCLOSE A SPEARATE CHECK FOR $100.


CANCELLATION POLICY:  Full refund minus a $100.00 fee for cancellations received in writing up to 91 days prior to departure (August 11, 2011). After that date, additional cancellation fees must be assessed as follows:

PASSPORT: A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR U.S. CITIZENS. It is recommended that your passport be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.
